Article 1 – Definitions
Entrepreneur / we / us: Candura.
Consumer / you: a natural person not acting for business or professional purposes who enters into a distance agreement with us.
Products: jewelry, including but not limited to rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and related accessories.
Distance agreement: an agreement concluded via our webshop without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
Cooling-off period / right of withdrawal: the period during which you may cancel the agreement without giving any reason.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Candura and every agreement concluded via www.candura.eu.
If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Article 4 – Offer & Product Information
We describe our jewelry products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur.
Obvious errors or pricing mistakes do not bind us.
Each offer clearly states the price (including VAT), shipping costs (if applicable), and delivery method.
Article 5 – Conclusion of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded once you accept the offer in the webshop and complete the payment (or payment obligation).
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We apply appropriate security measures to protect our website and payment transactions.
Article 6 – Prices, Costs & VAT
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT, excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change but will not affect orders already placed.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply (see Shipping Policy).
Article 7 – Payment
Payments can be made using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, VISA, Klarna).
In cases of suspected fraud or non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel an order.
Article 8 – Delivery, Risk & Retention of Title
Delivery takes place at the address provided by you. Please check your details carefully.
Indicative delivery times and shipping options are stated in our Shipping Policy.
Ownership transfers after full payment. Risk transfers upon receipt of the package.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
You have 14 days from the day after receiving your product to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason.
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product with care and only inspect it as you would in a physical store.
If the product is used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, depreciation costs may be charged.
Article 10 – Exercise & Consequences of Withdrawal (Return Procedure)
Notify your return within the cooling-off period via info@candura.eu stating your order number.

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Jewelry must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and gifts.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after your withdrawal notification. We may withhold payment until we have received the returned goods or proof of shipment. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Article 11 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a) Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken (e.g., earrings once worn).
b) Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
c) Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
Article 12 – Conformity, Warranty & Material Claims
You are entitled to the statutory warranty. Products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and durability.
Report transport damage or defects within 7 days of delivery via info@candura.eu, including photos and your order number.
Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered by warranty.
Hypoallergenic & Nickel-Free Claims
Certain products may be described as hypoallergenic or nickel-free. This means the materials used are selected and tested to minimize the risk of allergic reactions in accordance with applicable regulations.
However, individual skin sensitivities and allergic reactions vary from person to person. Candura cannot guarantee that every individual will experience no reaction.
Our hypoallergenic or nickel-free claims do not constitute a medical guarantee. Candura shall not be liable for allergic reactions unless caused by a proven manufacturing defect or incorrect product description.
Article 13 – Complaints & Disputes (including ODR)
Complaints can be sent to info@candura.eu (subject: Complaint + order number). We respond within 2–5 working days.
If no solution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the competent court.

Article 14 – Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
Article 15 – Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
Discount codes are not valid on already discounted items, cannot be combined, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are valid until the stated expiration date and are non-refundable.
Article 16 – Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, and designs on www.candura.eu are the property of Candura or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
Article 17 – Privacy & Cookies
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and cookie settings. Please consult that page for information regarding data usage and your rights.
Article 18 – Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (including technical failures, strikes, government measures, or carrier delays), we may suspend or terminate obligations without liability.
Article 19 – Amendments
We may amend these Terms and Conditions. The most recent version is available on our website. The date above indicates the latest update.
Article 20 – Governing Law & Competent Court
Dutch law applies to these Terms and all agreements. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
