Select your desired color and/or size and click “Add to Cart.”
You can continue shopping — your cart will be saved. Click the cart icon in the top right corner at any time to review your items.
Please note: items in your cart are not automatically reserved.
Finished shopping? Click on the cart icon to review your jewelry pieces. Here you can adjust quantities if needed.
Ready to order? Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
On the checkout page, simply fill in your details to complete your order.
Important: Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified, as we immediately begin processing it to ensure fast shipment.
Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping
1. What are the shipping costs?
At Candura, shipping is free on orders over €50.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This allows you to follow your package.
Please note that it may take some time before tracking information becomes visible.
3. What are the delivery times?
We usually process orders placed on business days before 15:00 the same day.
4. What if I am not home during delivery?
No problem. Your package will be held for 7 days at a local PostNL pick-up point (or Bpost in Belgium).
You will receive a notification from the carrier with the address where you can collect your package.
After 7 days, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
5. Incorrect address provided?
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee this.
6. Lost or stolen package?
If your Track & Trace shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately.
We will initiate an investigation with the carrier 14 days after the indicated delivery date. You will be kept informed throughout the process.
